Started to include Glossary

The description of basic Catmandu concepts should be moved from the
Catmandu Wiki to a Perl module so it can be used both in the CLI help
and in the HTML documentation.

To create HTML view with Pandoc and Pandoc::Elements:

    pod2pandoc lib/Catmandu/Help/Glossary.pm | \
        pandoc -f json -t markdown | pandoc -s
