* DEV-1008 Rights API: return structures for foreign keys
- Replace `lib/rights_api/schema.rb` subclasses with `Sequel::Model` subclasses.
- Use `.eager` methods to query tables with nested structures.
- Move custom behavior from `Schema` to the `ModelExtensions` module.
- Test content of embedded structures with the same expectations as their non-embedded counterparts.
- Enable Coveralls.
- Add `bin/irb_session.rb` for preinitialized testing environment.
