Tests/Tokenizer: split `ContextSensitiveKeywordsTest`

... as one part of these tests is about the PHP native context sensitive keywords and the other part is about PHPCS native tokens for certain keyword.

These things are handled in different parts of the `Tokenizer\PHP` class and, in part, need different `@covers` tags.
