Extend Scrollable widget support (#767)

* Allow to avoid `set_scrollpos` for `Scrollable` (in logic it's optional)
* Add to the global imports
* Extend documentation
* Add to the Widgets image
* Move shade symbols to the constants: used in several places
* Add Symbols to the divider: reduce permanent pain of lookup
* Extend ListBox typing for future scroll work
