line protocol (#23)

* Replace json with line protocol

v0.12.0 of influx has removed the deprecated json protocol, this
replaces that with their line protocol.

* Fix according to comments

- remove string builder from lineProtocol method in InfluxDbWriteObjectSerializer

- used pre-compiled Pattern to escape data

- optimized url construction

* Send precision in query. Truncate timestamp in line protocol to precision unit

* Only initialize string builder one time per getLineProtocalString call
