Remove `axios` in favour of `fetch` (#1048)

This migrates from `axios` to `fetch`: a new `FetchClient` is now used in the `NetworkModule`.

- `fetchClientFactory` replaces `axiosFactory`
- `FetchNetworkService` replaces `AxiosNetworkService`, adhering to `INetworkService`
