Merge branch 'master' into angular

* master:
  Fixed wrong comment
  Added HTTPS through Let's Encrypt
  Update installation instructions with forever package
  Fixed bug where an invalid field wouldn't disable the submit button
  Added checkbox to verify all info is correct
  Show employee fields > 10000 in yellow
  Don't allow read-only fields to drag-copy to others
  Removed alert for invalid fields in favor of colored cells and disabled submit button
  Changed color to of read-only fields to grey
  Restore readonly fields compatibility with handsontable v0.24.1
  Update handsontable to v0.24.1
