qual(language): Strip prefix space more reliably ☺️

by leveraging the "Smiling Face" Unicode character as a boundary prefix
instead of a newline, which sometimes gets merged
with text that follows it during tokenization.
The same could probably happen to the smiley, but it seems less likely.
