Fixed issues in edit blog post (#221)

* Added new model to save blog post slugs, added script in migration file to migrate existing slugs from blog model to blog-post-slugs model and removed slug field from blog table.

* Added setting-local to gitignore

* Completed create blog functionality along with slugs creation using django inline_formsets, modified add_blog template to display values, errors of blog using blogform and for displaying blog-slugs formset, added script for saving blog, slugs using forms and creating slug if not specified and added custom form to validate single active slug for each blog.

* Removed ajax form script from blog-new template and removed commented code from forms

* Done validating, creating blog post along with slugs in edit blog post.

* Updated blog related view to filter using slug from other model and also redirect to blog pages with present active slug if not requested with it.

* Updated blog home view to prefetch slugs along with blogs.

* Updated admin blog-list view, template to prefetch related slugs, user, category to reduce db queries hits.

* Updated blog test cases

* Updated sendgrid file to encode credentials and updated blog test-cases to fix issue with blog management formset and update to validate blog forms with valid and invalid data

* Updated sendgrid file

* Removed unused code in settings

* Updated micro-blog testcases to PEP8 and fixed some errors
