Commit Message

Added string_view class to RTTR.

Based on the new string_view class in C++17. Some functions are missing.
Because they require exceptions and I think they are not needed.

Anyway the class is added to replace the std::string return values of the wrappers classes.
So we can avoid dynamic memory allocation.
