wreck/lua: do not use cpuset in input.lua

For convenience, input.lua input processing plugin for wreck used
the cpuset lua module to process sets of tasks as sinks for input
file sources. The cpuset module, however, is backed by cpu_set_t,
which supports only CPUSET_SETSIZE bits, in most cases 1024.

Eventually we should have a Lua binding for the nodeset library, however
for now a placeholder "taskset" class is implemented (using hostlist
for parsing) to allow more than 1024 tasks in the input.lua module.
