IGVF-1085 Biomarker/Breadcrumbs to Typescript (#388)

* Convert breadcrumbs and biomarker library files to Typescript, as well as their associated Jest tests. Update npm packages.
* Remove some commented-out code. Temporarily point demo at the igvfd dev demo.
* Rebuild package-lock.json after rebasing with dev.
* Rebuild package-lock.json after rebasing with dev.
* From code-review feedback: Update incorrect comment in `buildSchemaBreadcrumbs`. Typecast title arguments to `buildBreadcrumbs`.
* Revert temporary change to cdk config.
