Fixes #730 

* Removed the `generic_component.md` page and reference
* Updated the `component_spec.md` file to reflect the new architecture
design + include explanations on how to define dynamic fields with some
examples + references to practical examples
* Removed outdated manifest examples
* Link to user to stumble on dynamic field sections:
`documentation_guide -> building custom_components -> component_spec`
