This commit introduces the first example strategy, which we plan to run
automatically (in a cron job) every day, committing the resulting allocations
to the repository itself, so they are time-stamped and their performance
is certified. This is a work in progress, the strategy itself is very simple,
and most of the work is in the glue code to make it run (hopefully) reliably.
We made minimal changes to the base library to better accomodate online usage
(we added a do_asset_selection to the market data servers, which is better set
to False for online usage), and added error checks.
