Expose parser location (#380)

Jackson 2.16.0 changes the default for `JsonParser.Feature.INCLUDE_SOURCE_IN_LOCATION` to false for increased security. However, as the system tests are only dealing with test data, not production user data, its safe to enable this feature again. Enabling richer error messages.
