feat: add `getSafesByModule` and `clearSafesByModule` to `SafeRepository` (#954)

This adds the following functionality to the `SafeRepository`, as well as integrating within the `CacheHooksService`:

- `getSafesByModule` - fetches and caches endpoint result
- `clearSafesByModule` - clears existing cache of endpoint result

`clearSafesByModule` is called within the `CacheHooksService` whenever a `EventType.MODULE_TRANSACTION` event occurs.

Please note that the cache should also invalidate on an `EXECUTED_MULTISIG_TRANSACTION` event but as this is primarily focused on recovery (for the time being) this should not be an issue due to the specificity of recovery modules to individual Safes.
