Translation of Relation-Type Properties

This commit implements full data-layer translation for Relations. All three of the existing Relation types are supported,
as are various shapes of nullability. We can detect and disallow nested Relations while allowing Relations nested within
Aggregates or in References. Nearly all attributes are applicable to Relations, though some are summarily disallowed. New
descriptors have been introduce to represent Relations during transation, and a deferred translation stage has been adopted
to deal with some nuances related to how the pieces are implemented. We also use a new Synthetic type system to represent
the type of a Relation Table's conceptual Entity, largely allowing the translation features built already to be reused.
