Send SIGTERM to uwsgi directly during testing

- this will fire the atexit() handler for coverage.py and save the data
  b/c after Kiwi TCMS v12.0 we're using Nginx + uWSGI instead of Apache.
  Simply stopping the container doesn't work anymore.
- nginx will restart uwsgi workers so the container will not crash
