Pretty formatted Integration (including example) (#1382)

### Feature

- Ability to generate already pretty formatted typescript code for
Integration.
  - Using `prettier` as default optional formatter.
  - Can use any compatible formatting function.
- Usage comment is generated as well.
- Ref: DNRY: fixed identifiers with references.
- `prettier` optional peer dependency

### Breaking changes

- `new Integration().print()` renamed to `await
createIntegration().print()`
