Refactor symbols substitution and replacement in F16C50 class

Symbol substitution and replacement code in F16C50 class is refactored. This increases maintainability by separating the concerns into dedicated methods for mono and colored LCDs, allowing easier addition or modification of symbol replacements rules in the future. The refactor also mitigates risks of potential side effects on other parts of the application.
