ui: add a UI demo.

This is a demo of the basic UI and window management.
Windows have columns. Columns will have a writable tag, but the demo just shows a white background. Columns can contain sheets. Sheets will have tags and bodies of editable text. Currently they just have fixed text for both.

The shift modifier plus mouse events manipulate sheets and columns.
Shift+1clicking anywhere within a sheet grows the sheet vertically.
Shift+1clicking anywhere within a column tag grows the tag vertically.
Shift+1draging a sheet moves it.
Shift+1dragging a column tag moves the entire column.
Shift+2clicking a sheet deletes it.
Shift+2clicking a column tag deletes the entire column.
