Fixed the hding of the bottom scrollbar by updating the height saved in the viewport state when an update was done to rowOffSetHeight (rowOffsetHeight chnages based on how many rows are in the header of the grid). This logic was placed in viewPortScrollMixin which is handiling the state.height of the viewport.
