Deprecate graph tool

* Removes graph-tool as a dependency from the package, which breaks backwards compatibility.

* Changed travis.yml

* Updated unittests and added doctests.

* Use matplotlib for plotting.

* Set plot defaults.

* More tests. Figured out how to mock a module.

* Changed animation to use matplotlib's funcAnimation class.

* Fix travis.yaml for using matplotlib in travis.

* Removed unneeded function.

* Now using specialized priority queue for scheduling in a QueueNetwork.

* Better clustering in `minimal_random_graph` function.

* Changed drawing methods, and defaults.

* Added `install_requires` in setup.py, and setuptools is a requirement
for installation (it's also a requirement for numpy so this is fine).

* Renamed eType to edge_type everywhere.

* Remade all figures, and updated the docs. Uploaded the basics of
a function that computes all pairwise distances between points.

* Changed the doc theme to alabaster. This still needs work.

* Updated the documentation.

* PEP 8 changes.
