perf+fix: .Searching changes
- move logic back from U8Seaching into U8String and do manual block ordering to fix problematic codegen quality
- make the behavior consistent with standard string and span operations (empty always matches to contains: true, index: 0)
- Directly forward calls for comparers because we can't assume that e.g. \0 won't match to an empty string for custom implementations
