bugfix/load images to s3 in app (#65)

* Refactor process to upload photos in the branch-app
- Refactor useMutation hook to use ref instead of state to update the url runtime
- bump react-native-image-picker version to the lastest

* Refactor in branch-app to reuse hook implementing useFetch and useMutation hooks, unified load image process
