Refactor autocomplete component

- The autocompletion placeholder is now properly clipped to the
  boundaries of the editor
- When the editor is scrolled, the autocompletion placeholder now
  remains fixed relative to the text it completes
- The position calculation logic has been moved from the model to the
  component to create a better separation of concerns
