Adjust ICacheService.get return types (#855)

- Adapts the signature of the function `ICacheService.get()` to return `Promise<string | null>` instead of `Promise<string | undefined>` when a key is not found in the underlying cache. 
- `FakeCacheService.get()` is also aligned.
- Multiple tests are adjusted to match the new function signature.
