ui: try out various new controls.

1-click enlarges current cell vertically
1-drag horizontally makes a new cell
1-drag vertically makes a new column
2-click deletes the current cell or column
3-drag resizes the current cell

These aren't really that great, to be honest. For example, in practice, I rarely want to make a new column or empty cell (*non-empty* cells are common — made by 3-clicking files or 2-clicking 'win' in acme). Why do those have a quick motion?
