Fallback to exception string if log message is empty #75

In case an exception is logged without any additional message the log event was considered invalid and dropped. The message assembler will use Throwable.toString in such case to produce a valid GELF message. Since toString always contains a string (at least the FQCN or class + exception message) there is no further need for conditionals.
