tests: Check SI conversion

Copies the "standard" tests, but initializes unit handling with
automatic conversion to SI units when multiplying or dividing.
Allows us to get rid of the `setattr()` hack we used, and ensures that
setting SI handling with `init_units()` works as advertised.
