Implement color commands

**Language Changes**

- New color commands to modify color or background of portions of you
  expressions. Including `red`, `green`, `bg.purple`, etc.

**Output Changes**

- The `cancel` command now renders with a background gradient onto the
  next term (e.g. `<mrow>`). Thus removing the non-standard
  `<menclose>` from the output.

**Breaking Changes**

- The `cancel` command no longer automatically removes the parenthesis
  of the following group. Use `cancel{: x :}` if you want them
  removed.
