Commit Message

Modify cmd-line option processing

Updated *options* to reflect the intended type for each option.
Removed `help` and `version` arguments from our `options` per
*yargs** processing style. Modified code to make **yargs** completely
responsible for cmd-line processing (@nexdrew, thx for your help).
Now catches additional positional arguments. Other minor wording
changes for consistency.
