Fixed status to wait for in SSC activation

Details:

* The logic to detwrmine what LPAR status to wait for in case of
  activate() with wait_for_completion=True did not handle the case
  where an SSC or zAware LPAR was initially inactive, because the
  activation-mode property of the LPAR is still 'not-set' when
  inactive. This was fixed by looking at the 'operating-mode'
  property of the image profile, instead.
