Refactor new puppet manifest sync test case

Refactor class `SyncValidManifestFeedTestCase` in module
`pulp_smash.tests.puppet.api_v2.test_sync_publish`. Do the following:

* Make some minor changes to formatting. Reduce how far a line passes
  the 79-character width limit and reduce the number of expressions in
  general.
* Drop custom call report checking, and make use of the `safe_handler`
  callback (and therefore `pulp_smash.api._handle_202`) instead. This
  call report does things like verify the "error", "exception" and
  "traceback" fields on every polled task.
* Drop method `test_task_error_traceback`, as the `safe_handler`
  callback does this alrady.

The new test case still passes after this change. Test case validated
with:

    python -m unittest2 \
        pulp_smash.tests.puppet.api_v2.test_sync_publish.SyncValidManifestFeedTestCase
