Updated LPAR.activate description; Added end2end tests for LPAR activation

Details:

* Updated the description of the activation_profile_name parameter of
  Lpar.activate() to describe all cases properly. This fixes prior
  inaccuracies and errors.

* Added end2end tests for LPAR activation.
