modules/wreck: move lwj-active.id to lwj.id at job completion

When a job has completed (or failed), move the lwj directory out
from under lwj-active and into lwj.<id> (replacing the link that
was there before)

The lwj dir should now be (largely) quiesced, so this will suppress
growth of revisions under lwj-active.

Fixes #614
