Changed Follower.follow() to pass mapper class into factory.mapper().

Would be good to implement support for MAPPER_TOPIC and TRANSCODER_TOPC too, like CIPHER_TOPIC and COMPRESSOR_TOPIC, so that different applications can use different types of mappers and transcoders and still work together in a system.
