IGVF-1146 Add collection logos (#319)

* Update npm packages.
* Display collections as linked logos at the top of the attribution panel.
* Add styles to handle very long collection names as gracefully as practical. Update comments.
* Add Jest tests for the Collection component.
* Remove conditional because the collections is required.
* Fix default value for collections property to Collections component, because it usually gets passed null instead of undefined. Fix Cypress tests now that CuratedSet data has changed.
* Add Jest test for an undefined collections array for the Collections component.
* Fix Cypress test for breadcrumbs.
* Remove a Cypress test for a specific measurement set because its accession changes every time this runs.
