docs: lowercase (and fix) link to installation section of readme

Markdown generators (including GitHub) tend to lowercase the titles
when they create anchor links. Most browsers might be able to handle
mixed case, but some of our tools don't.

This is currently breaking the docs build for Unleash proper. Now yes,
we could handle lowercasing the links in the parsing there (and maybe
we should), but we can also fix this in this doc for now.
