Drill cards (#254)

* Switched drill panel buttons for cards

* Made drill selection page scrollable

* Passed window width to DrillPanel to use to set how many cards to display per row

* Set drill panel to auto adjust number of cards displayed per row based on width resizing

* Removed unused styling

* Added drill card images

* Updated drills cypress test and command to use drill cards

* Added difficulty labels to drill cards

* Removed unused imports from DrillPanel
