Resolving issue with frontend backend connection id incorrect (#87)

* Added a hidden value to ensure the isUrgent is set to default as false, and get's reset to be value true onclick

* Fixed the find value in the form composer.js file, where it found the correct id for the isUrgent

* The changes made have not affected the lint passing

* Added the resolved config.json file that results in the npm run test not starting

* This commit is to authenticate that the tests have passed from these changes

* Fixed an issue with src/topics.js, because changes made converted it to a boolean rather than string 'false'

* Removed config.json because it causes 6379 port error on GitHub, beware

* This commit resolves an issue with testing, as changes made have resulted in the codebase test file to be changed, hence true has been set as a boolean in src/topics.js

* Edited the test/topics.js to store values irrespective of the database used
