Commit Message

Update the initialization sampling in the case where a significant number of points has log(L)=-inf. Now I do not try to keep all initial points with finite logl keeping at least ~ 20 -inf ones. The reason is that otherwise batch sampling may want to add batches there leading to infinite loop
