Azure: Add missing ECS fields in events (#1394)

Similar to how GCP implements this. Using subscription for the account
id field. Account name is set to id until we can retrieve this
information.

Additional changes:
- Rename factory file to match other names in package
- Delete an unused suite
- Add global region to batch events (temporary)
