Update PKCS#12 and PKCS#8 test containers

The RC2 and single DES algorithms used by these, respectively, are
only provided if OpenSSL is compiled with and loads the legacy
provider. That isn't the case when used via oscrypto (at least not
by default, but using these old algorithms doesn't make sense anyway).
