feat(docs): update MQTT Adapter documentation

Updated the documentation for the MQTT Adapter in the `docs/adapters/mqtt.mdx` file.

- Updated the title and description of the MQTT Adapter.
- Fixed the formatting of the code snippet.
- Removed the unnecessary `<Info>` tag.

This commit adds the necessary changes to provide accurate and up-to-date information about the MQTT Adapter.
