Auto merge of #353 - micbou:clang-3.8.0, r=micbou

[READY] Bump Clang version to 3.8.0

Follow up to PR #297. Currently updated to rc2.

Good news is that Mac OS X binaries are available.

Fix Clang bug with `auto`. Tests updated to reflect this.
