Fix Gitlab parsing for repo with `-` (#76)

* Fix Gitlab parsing for repo with `-`

Gitlab URLs has the format with "/-/blob/". This commit fixs the parser
editing the FORMAT string with the "/-/" before the ('blob'|'tree').

Resolves https://github.com/nephila/giturlparse/issues/42

* Add changes

* Add support also for "/blob/"

For retrocompatibility

* Fix title with dash
