feat: improve secondary objectives (#377)

- There was an error in the secondary objectives where it was optimizing for encodings that have a larger size instead of smaller.
- In addition, this PR adds a secondary objective that optimizes for encodings that don't represent an error.
- Lastly, the secondary objectives are now ordered.
