feat: post processing options (#376)

- Since the meta-comments are a post-processing step these are moved out of the core-search library and into the library for each language. This is necessary as the other post-processing steps will interfere with the meta-comments.
- The exception identifier logic has been moved to the execution engine.
- Additional post-processing options have been added for the various post-processing steps.
