v2.0.0 (#9)

* PHP minimum version raised to 7.0.  Now testing against 7.0 through 8.4.
* Changing classes and methods to make it easier for other projects to extend these classes. 
* Allowing for translation of book names and other functionality. 
* Significantly expanded API.  Includes some breaking changes. 
* Adding functionality to create SQL for queries. 
* Adding functionality for navigating to next chapters and books. 
* Readme Updates
* Adding `extractFromString` function and related functionality that enables searching text and returning multiple ints or ScripturNums.
* Introducing the ScripturNumArray, which is an array of ScripturNums, BUT it will automatically merge overlapping passages and implements __toString(), which will print a human-readable list of scripture references. 
* Adding a callback option for converting to string, which allows things like converting to links.
